Uni 23-11-2017 - Guidance on PIT for tuition fees for employees

Official letter 5249/TCT-TNCN dated 15 Nov 2017 of GDT guiding PIT policy for tuition fees for employees as follows:

In case, the company supports tuition fees for employees appropriate to specialization, operations of the company with programs of ACCA accounting, auditing and taking initiate to prepay from bank account of individuals. The company shall refund tuition fees by bank transfer into employees’ bank account, invoices from ACCA organization, the tuition fees are excluded from their PIT taxable income.
